- Lot Price ranges from P4500 - P5500 per sq. meter
- Average Lot sizes are 750 to1000 sq. meter
- House and Lot package ranges from P7M - P10M

PAYMENT PLAN

Pacific Realty Development Office provides five (5) payment plan options for buyers of TVH lot/s or BV share/s from abroad. The payment arrangement gives each buyer the flexibility to pay considering the payment schemes being offered by the company. It is an easy paying plan or a better bank facility for Pacific Realty Development clientele.

Payment Option 1

• Cash Payment. Buyers of TVH lots and BV shares consider payment of reservation fee, downpayment and balance of contract or full payment on cash basis.

Payment Option 2

• Check Payments - Dated Checks / Post Dated Checks (PDCs). Client's payment manner is through issuance of checks for the reservation fee / downpayment / balance of contract / full payment.

Payment Option 3

• PCI Card Network - Recurring Payment System (RPS - through Credit Cards). Payment is made via PCI Card Network RPS System. Client's payable on reservation fee, downpayment and balance of contract or full payment of account is done through client's credit card processing by way of the RPS.

Payment Option 4

• Cash and RPS or PDCs . This is a combination of cash payment and through the RPS (credit card) or client's issuance of PDCs for the reservation fee, downpayment and balance of contract.

Payment Option 5

• Philippine Savings Bank Remittance Facility. This is the payment remittance facility of PS Bank by way of itsaccredited banks overseas. Collection of account is done through client's remittance of payments (fund transfer) using the PSBank accredited banks for further credit to Pacific Realty Development PSBank account in the Philippines .
